2024 Event Information

Location: Reno's East - 1310 Abbot Rd. East Lansing, MI  (Unless otherwise noted)

Doors open at 4:30 p.m. - Once the room is ready, we will open it up and start admitting attendees.

The program starts at 5:30 p.m. - Typical programs will include active MSU football players, a preview of the weekend's game, a featured speaker, door prizes, U Pick 'em, and a Student of the Week honoree.

Price of Admission - This will be announced via email and updated here.

Price includes - In addition to a fun and entertaining program, the price of admission includes an entree from Reno's "Daily Special" menu, a non-alcoholic beverage, tax, and a 20% base tip for the entree & beverage.

 

For an additional cost, you may order appetizers, desserts, alcoholic beverages, or premium items. If you order anything in addition to the included items, you will be responsible for paying the wait staff for those items and you are expected to tip accordingly for those extras. 
 

Special Dietary Meal Requests—Reno's offers several options, including Gluten-Free, Vegan, Vegetarian, and low-carb. Please communicate any requirements to your server.

Please Be Patient - On behalf of Reno's staff, we ask that all attendees be patient while waiting for your meal or any other request.  You represent our club as well as Spartans everywhere, and it is our expectation that attendees will demonstrate kindness and patience to all.

Reserved Seats - You may reserve a seat by paying for a person who has not yet arrived. After paying "SEAT RESERVED" table tents will be provided for you to place in front of a seat to reserve it. We will allow Reserved Seats to remain open through the end of the luncheon if the person does not arrive, but NO REFUNDS will be issued for prepaid luncheon fees, even if the person doesn't attend. 

Memberships - Everyone is welcome to become a member by registering online or at any of our events.

Keep your distance - Attendees are asked to refrain from approaching the dais unless specifically invited to do so. 

The Downtown Coaches Club cannot guarantee that participants, volunteers, or others in attendance will not become infected with COVID-19 or other communicable diseases. Attendance is at your own risk and by attending you accept the risk and waive liability of the Downtown Coaches Club. If you are feeling sick, please stay home and follow CDC guidelines if you test positive for Covid-19.
