COVID-19 Guidance

Keep your distance - Attendees are asked to refrain from approaching the front table, riser, or guests (coaches, staff, or other speakers) at all times. This is all unfortunate but for the time being, we simply cannot afford to be responsible for a coach, player, or staff member missing (or potentially forfeiting) a game.

If you are feeling ill or exhibiting any of the usual COVID symptoms, we kindly request that you stay at home.

If you have not received any of the COVID vaccines, you are encouraged to wear a face mask until your beverage or meal has been delivered to your table.  This protocol is not intended to be a political statement, it is meant to protect attendees at our events.

If you or anyone you have been in direct contact with later tests positive for COVID, we ask that you immediately notify the Club via email at mugman026@aol.com. The Club reserves the right to share information necessary for contact tracing which may include individual names.

While attending luncheons , participants are encouraged to practice hand hygiene consistent with CDC guidelines, including “social distancing” and wearing face coverings to reduce the risks of exposure to COVID-19. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is spread mainly from person-to-person contact. Downtown Coaches Club cannot guarantee that participants, volunteers, or others in attendance will not become infected with COVID-19. Attendence is at your own risk and by attending you are deemed to accept the risk and waive liability of the Downtown Coaches Club.
